We meet regularly to network, stay apprised of, and help shape policy, and advocate for aging and disability rights.

Partners Meeting Schedule


Link Partners meet on the third Thursday of certain months  via Zoom. Meeting go from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Committee meetings occur as scheduled.  Meeting Notices/Zoom invites are sent in advance of the meeting via e-mail.

We provide services to persons of any age who have any type of disability, people age 60 and over, family members, caregivers, and private pay consumers.
